Engaging Voices: Your Voices. Your Services.

The Engaging Voices project delivers public sector consultations through third sector organisations to give communities voice in the development of services.

The project engages communities in the process of service development, which will help to ensure that services meet the needs of all the peoples of Leeds. Voluntary Action Leeds provides support, administration and funds to enable third sector organisations to deliver engagements effectively with the communities they know and work with.

Consultations come in the form of surveys which are delivered by the participating organisation in a manner that suits their work and service users. Participating organisations will receive feedback about the consultations involved in the project and developments within services that you can feedback to the people you work with.

Funders

The project is funded by Leeds three Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). These are based in the North, West and South East and want to engage with the public when developing health services throughout all the arears of Leeds.
