Carers Leeds and Fall into Place Theatre run their free friendly drama group on Thursday’s from 10am – 12pm at the Heart Centre in Headingley.

Our weekly ‘pop along’ drama sessions are the chance to try something new and fun in a friendly setting. There are performance opportunities, but there’s no pressure to perform, you can just come when you can and enjoy the fun!

During the sessions we will:

• Share stories and learn new drama skills
• Encourage laughter and boost your mental wellbeing
• Explore the mindful benefits of doing drama
• Create short sketches
• Have a lot of fun!
