Charity Commission workshops for faith based organisation or groups who support migrants or BME communities to learn how to register as a charity

The Charity Commission are delivering four workshops on "Registering your faith organisation as a charity" aimed at organisations who are faith based (Church, Mosque, Temple, Religious Centre or other), or groups who support migrants or BME communities.
The free workshops will cover: 1
) Registering as a Charity: benefits, opportunities and legal requirements
2) Registering your faith organisation - practical steps
3) Charity Commission - how we can support you The workshops will give advice and guidance with opportunities for discussion and questions throughout.
Refreshments and prayer facilities will be provided. It will also be beneficial to those looking to set up faith based organisations or organisations supporting migrant or BME communities as charities where language or cultural barriers to understanding the process may exist.
