Leeds Mindfulness co-operative provides high quality affordable mindfulness courses. This is an 8 week Breathworks Mindfulness for stress course. Each week will be a 2.5 hr session. The course will be delivered by 2 experienced Breathworks trainers who work to the UK mindfulness network guidelines. The course includes guided mindfulness practices, the introduction of key ideas in mindfulness, small group discussion and some mindful movement practice.
