The Mindfulness Garden is a well-being project which provides an empowering and compassionate space in which participants benefit from being with others, being outdoors in nature, being active, learning new skills in horticulture and the skills of mindfulness, with a particular focus on using mindfulness to support living well with physical and mental health difficulties. The course is run by Leeds Mindfulness coop and Horton community farm.

The project is focussed on older people (over 50yrs) but recognising the importance of supporting existing networks of carers, family and friends in our communities, we welcome all those with a connection to older people.
The project consists of a series of eight week programs but these can be attended on a drop in basis. This group will be a women only group if there is demand.

Cost FREE to women over 50 or on benefits or carers in Bradford. Others welcome £6-£10 per week.
