Do you suffer from stress and the suffering associated with stress? Breathworks teaches mindfulness skills to help improve your quality of your life. The course equips you with a toolkit of resources for living well in a stressful world.
Two experienced practioners will facilitate the friendly group sessions, which are a mixture of meditation, practical mindfulness activities, workshops and discussions. Please note that on this course one of the two teachers will be completing the final part of their training, for this reason we can offer this course at over 50% discount, ¬£100 for 8 week course including materials.
We introduce some of the theory and thinking behind mindfulness and how it helps reduce stress. Home practice is an important part of the course and you will receive audio tracks to support this. This is a secular course suitable for adults from all backgrounds.
