The event aims to:
- Show what people have said about RSS anonymously
- Identify themes from the feedback
- Send that feedback to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and parts of the NHS to ensure that changes are made based on that feedback
When and where?
The event is on Thursday 12th December and will run from 1:15pm-4:15pm. Tea and coffee will be provided. It will be at the Leeds Playhouse, which is at this address:
To book, please register at https://rssfeedback.eventbrite.co.uk. Please note that if you do not book a place, you cannot attend the event.

Have your say
There is still time left to contribute to the questionnaires for the RSS Project. This is your chance to influence the future direction of Segregation, Seclusion and Restraint.
Your feedback will be included in an independent report to the Department of Health and inform its review. There is one for people with lived experience, which can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/rssquestionnaire.
There is also one for carers, which is at this link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/rssquestionnairecarers. You can also fill in a PDF copy of the questionnaire, which is available here: https://advonet.org.uk/rss-project-share-your-story-in-our-questionnaire/.
If you want to send it to Advonet by post, please mail it to this address:
