Equality in the workplace - atypical working, zero hours and ethical issues
|When||Tuesday 6 October at 11:00am to 12:15pm|
Via Zoom platform
This webinar will be of interest to all employers who are finding their feet again in the current climate.
We will look at the different forms of atypical working and consider whether some deserve their (less than perfect) reputation. We will also consider the benefits of engaging workers on a flexible basis and how this may be done ethically and fairly for all parties.
Issues to be covered will include:
* What is ‘atypical working’?
* Why do some atypical working practices have a bad name?
* How can employers use atypical workers ethically and fairly and what are the benefits?
Please send any questions ahead of the webinar to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to attend more than one of the webinars in the series, please contact the Wrigleys events team at email@example.com and we will process your requests.
