About this Event
This Zoom session explores how we can have better conversations about our mental health and wellbeing. We’ll discuss the importance of talking about mental health and wellbeing, challenging stigma and common misconceptions, as well as sharing some of the skills we can all use to help us have meaningful conversations about difficult topics.Following this session you will:
Feel more confident about talking about mental health and wellbeing (in general terms)
Understand the wider factors that impact on people’s mental health and wellbeing
Be able to pinpoint some ways you can support others and reduce risk for yourself
You will receive an email reminder with the details of the Zoom meeting.
