Join this Zoom workshop led by Phoenix Health and Wellbeing for a practical guide to understanding the physical effects of stress and try techniques that aim to enable you to manage and control your own stress response. The workshop will cover: What is stress and why do we need it? How your stress response impacts your body. How to identify your stress triggers. Techniques for mastering your own stress control and developing your Stress Management Toolkit
