Better Leeds Communities, in partnership with Linking Leeds, is looking to recruit Wellbeing Coordinators, both full time and part time, to work across Leeds at a range of venues.
Following Positions Available
Hours / Locations
East Leeds and Central North 26hrs and 37hrs
Chapeltown/Harehills 28.5hrs
West Leeds 18.5hrs
Leeds City Wide Project 18.5hrs
The Role
As a member of the Linking Leeds team you will make a real difference to the lives of others. You will be a keen advocate of the benefits of supporting people with health and social care needs to access support in their community by linking them to a network of groups and activities; enabling them to have improved health and wellbeing.
