Crisis Support Worker / Connect Helpline Shift CoordinatorS6 Pt 26 - SO1 Pt 29.  £23,398-£25,951 (pro rata).  Actual starting salary £17,074
27 hours per week:  Monday and Wednesday 5.30pm-2.30am, Connect Helpline.  Tuesday and alternate Thursdays, 5.30-11.30pm, Dial House @Touchstone.

The contract will initially be until August 2018 when the current Lottery funding for Dial House @Touchstone runs out.  We are seeking continuation funding after this point.

We are seeking someone to work on our Connect Helpline and in our BME specific crisis service, Dial House @Touchstone.  We wish to recruit someone from a BME background with personal experience of mental distress and substantial experience of supporting people in crisis, in person and on the telephone, including working with people at risk of suicide and self harm and supporting people from BME and LGBT communities.

Excellent support and supervision is provided.
