Age UK Leeds is a leading local voluntary sector organisation providing high quality services to improve the health and wellbeing of older people in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Management Team to lead the development and delivery of our operational services ensuring they continue to deliver excellent client focussed services.
Salary £ 34,106 + pension / 37 Hours per week
As the Operations Director you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Independence at Home, Hospital to Home, Help at Home and Ageing Well services; delivering clear direction, supervision and performance management. As a member of the SMT you will contribute to the strategic development of Age UK Leeds and help shape the culture and core values.
You must have the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise conflicting work loads and delegate effectively. You will have proven ability to build and manage effective and high performing teams Experience of effective partnership working in a health or social care environment is essential for this post.
You will be based at The Bradbury Building, Mark Lane, Leeds, LS2 8JA
