This post will involve leading an innovative new LGBT project together with our partners CHANGE and Yorkshire MESMAC, to demonstrate how access to health services can be improved for LGBT people with the additional needs of learning disabilities, mental health and autism. You will lead a team of facilitators and trainers, an illustrator, a workplace evaluator and volunteers in the development and testing of a range of mechanisms, including self-advocacy workshops, resources, peer support and health professional training. We are looking for someone with experience of working together with LGBT people with additional needs to develop services, with experience of partnership working, leading project work, and a commitment to a co-production approach.
