Help at Home Support Worker
Age UK Leeds is a leading local voluntary sector organisation providing high quality services to improve the health and wellbeing of older people in Leeds.
Age UK Leeds provides a range of services and products in the community, which have been specifically developed to meet the needs of older people. We are now looking for Help at Home Support Workers.
Salary £8.21 per hour Hours - Both Part Time and Zero Hours contracts available
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for delivering domestic and social support to older people and their carers in their own homes The successful candidate will have the ability to work to an allocated schedule and deliver support as per an agreed plan At least 6 months experience of working in a role which provides domestic and social support is essential for this post. Experience of providing support in a community setting on a 121 basis would be of a distinct advantage.
You will be working within Leeds out in the community, initially covering North West Leeds
You will be based at The Bradbury Building, Mark Lane, Leeds, LS2 8JA
