Burmantofts Senior Action (BSA CIO) is a local neighbourhood scheme supporting older people in the Burmantofts, Lincoln Green, Ebor Gardens and Harehills areas of Leeds.  
The BSA CIO Board of Trustees seeks to appoint a  Planning and Service Delivery Manager to provide the inspiration and leadership required to ensure the achievement of the charity’s objectives.  

The key responsibilities of the role are:
  • Staff and resource management
  • Operational and financial planning (including funding and project planning)
  • Performance monitoring
  • Risk analysis
  • Strategic Influence
  • Partnership management
  • Legal Compliance
Salary: NJC SCALE point 23 - £26 999 PER ANNUM ( pro rata for a 30 hour week) The post is permanent (subject to successful completion of a 3 month probationary period)
