The purpose of this post is to manage and coordinate service delivery of projects within Shantona.
The post holder will play a strategic role in ensuring that all services are aligned with Health and well being, violence against women, children, young people and their families. Also, developing early intervention and integrated services which provide advice, guidance and support to service users. Ensuring services are culturally sensitive (e.g. health, domestic violence, women’s rights, training and education, community cohesion and integration) and bring about change
(Professional qualification level 4 and above in management, community work or social work and at least 3-4 years current Management experience)
