Administration Officer

Age UK Leeds is a leading local voluntary sector organisation providing high quality services to improve the health and wellbeing of older people in Leeds. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Admin Team here at Age UK Leeds.

Salary £19,554 pro rata + pension / 20 Hours per week (working days will be Monday, Thursday and Friday)

Please note that this is a temporary position for 10 months to cover maternity leave.

As the Administration Officer you will provide admin support to staff across the organisation, including the Office Manager, Directors and Operational Managers.

You will need to manage multiple tasks, including routine photocopying and filing as well as collating data and preparing documents and reports.

Your responsibilities will include routine HR and personnel work such as preparing recruitment documentation, keeping absence and training records up to date and minute taking.

Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel and Word, are essential as is the ability to be well organised, effectively prioritise work and work well in a busy office environment.

Experience in providing administrative support to social care services would be of a distinct advantage.

You will be based at The Bradbury Building, Mark Lane, Leeds, LS2 8JA.
