Leeds Centre for Integrated Living is a Social Enterprise with charitable status that helps disabled people, families with disabled children and older people to set up and manage their own personal support services. This includes people using Personal Budgets and Direct Payments.
The Role -
We require an effective Team Leader to add to our experienced and committed staff team. You will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of social care provision in the third sector. Our Independent Living team provides a supportive, efficient, high quality and focussed service to assist our customers in employing and managing their own support workers. Providing ongoing advice when required regarding the employer/employee relationship. Your role will involve –
