Mental Health ‘Action Towards Inclusion’ Key Worker
Temporary post to 30.09.22.

We are looking to recruit a Mental Health ‘Action Towards Inclusion’ Key Worker to join our small staff team at Orb Community Enterprise in Knaresborough. This is a varied and rewarding role, requiring a pro-active individual to provide key worker support to those experiencing mental ill-health.

You will work on a 1:1 basis supporting service users; helping them develop skills and move closer to learning, volunteering or employment through engagement with the ‘ATI’ programme. Applicants must have experience in one of the following sectors: providing advice or guidance; counselling or support work; training or teaching; mental health; or social work. You will need to be organized; have strong communication skills; be comfortable working with service users with a variety of issues; and enjoy networking. The role will involve identifying service user needs; referral to appropriate support; evaluation and recording of progress; and maintaining accurate records.

For an application pack please contact Elizabeth Marshall (Operations Manager) on 01423 202028, or via email: admin@orb-arts.org. We are happy to provide further information if required and you are also welcome to visit.
Completed applications should be emailed to: admin@orb-arts.org by Friday 19th July 4.00 pm.
Interviews will be held on the 7th, 8th and 9th August.

This post is subject to ongoing funding by The National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund.
