The Yorkshire West Methodist District is seeking to recruit a part time District Safeguarding Officer to work from home, initially covering the Leeds section of the District, as part of a team of three District Safeguarding Officers. The appointment is for 18 hours per week worked flexibly including evenings and occasional weekends, with a probationary period of six months. Salary in the range £18,000 - £20,000. Applicants should be sympathetic to the aims, objectives and ethos of the Methodist Church with expertise and experience in child and/or adult protection.
