Morley Elderly Action is a local charity situated in the heart of Greater Morley. Our aim to support the over 60 to live independently.     

Morley Elderly Action has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role is fixed for 2 years (which includes a 3-month probation) with the possibility of an extension at the end subject to funding and performances.   Salary: £18,000 p.a. Hours: 35 Hours per week Monday to Friday  

Job Overview   The successful applicant will have excellent computer skills and be responsible for the following. Carry out all aspects of office work.  Accurately gather information on footfall and calls into the office and effectively relay to Adult Social Care Be responsible for maintaining our gardening service (subject to funding) and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to all our clients. Maintain client records in accordance to GDPR regulations.   Participate In our weekly and annual events when needed. Ensure the accuracy of information being relayed to our clients.                 

Mileage and transport costs will be reimbursed for any visits carried out  

Requirements   Applicants must hold a clean and valid full UK Drivers Licence ·Own a vehicle,   Have no criminal convictions.
