York MCN encompasses a programme of work aiming to improve the systems supporting people who experience severe and multiple disadvantage and ‘multiple and complex needs’ (MCN), including issues such as homelessness, mental health problems, offending, and substance misuse. A key part of this work is the York MCN Network, a cross-sector, multi-agency network bringing together people with lived experience, frontline workers, commissioners, managers and strategic leaders to share experiences, learn, build trusting relationships and develop a system-wide approach to better support people experiencing multiple and complex needs.
The Executive Administrator will provide high level administrative support to support these four key functions. The role with involve working with staff and network members to develop and promote spaces, practices and platforms to enable systems change across the York MCN agenda.
