We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic workers to work on the new Positive Destinations project within our young people and families team:

Project Initially funded until March 2021 

The role is to engage with hard to reach young people aged 16-18 who are NEET (not in education, employment or training) or in year 11 at risk of NEET and support them towards a positive destination based on their goals and aspirations. 

The successful candidate will offer motivational 1-2-1 and community-based group support to improve readiness to get into employment, education or training through delivering a range of activities including: confidence building, coaching sessions, preparation for the world of work, enterprise projects, volunteering opportunities and access to training.

Closing date: for applications: Monday 1st June 2020 at 12 noon

Interviews: Initial interviews will take place via video conferencing (Zoom) Week commencing 1st June 2020 successful applicants at this stage will then be invited to a 2nd interview
