We have an exciting graduate opportunity in Leeds University Union (LUU)’s Digital Services function, supporting the Digital Services Manager in delivering LUU’s digital transformation programme and IT support services.

The role will hold responsibility for a specialist area, either ‘Devices & Infrastructure’ or ‘Platforms’ and involve a training programme involving practical experience and theoretical learning.

Devices & Infrastructure responsibilities:
  • LUU’s desktop/laptop devices
  • Hardware infrastructure (e.g. digital signage network)
  • Networking support including liaising with the University
Platforms responsibilities:
  • LUU’s software applications (e.g. Windows desktop software)
  • Cloud office support (GSuite)
  • Cloud and hosted platforms supporting LUU teams (e.g. MSL student platforms, iTrent HR system, online job board software etc.)

We employ over 500 staff and our enterprise IT encompasses food retail, restaurants, finance/HR systems, digital signage and we have plans to grow our digital expertise and capability.
