We wish to recruit someone to our small friendly team, working to ensure the organisation has effective administration, financial and communication systems and procedures to enable staff, volunteers, trustees and the service users we support to meet our organisational objectives.
Leeds Irish Health and Homes is a community-based organisation offering a range of 1:1 and group work support for Irish people and people of Irish Heritage.
We require you to:
Be responsible for the administrative and financial service to the organisation.
Work closely with the service manager to support the LIHH services.
Be responsible for collating information from LIHH services to meet monitoring and evaluation requirements.
We need you to have:
At least 2 years administrative and finance experience.
An ability to demonstrate empathy, awareness and sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable members of the community.
Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
