ICRAA calls on UK AID to help victims of flooding in Afghanistan

Due to a recent flash flood, the victims of disaster in Afghanistan need urgent support.

Due to a recent flash flood, the victims of disaster in Afghanistan need urgent support. The flash flood took place on 6 June, in Baghlan province of Afghanistan which destroyed more than 850 houses and killed 81 people. Affected families are in urgent need of relief supplies, shelter, food, drinking water and basic health services. 

ICRAA is willing to learn from UK AID on how they can address the current disaster needs in Afghanistan and develop a risk assessment plan.
