PERS now offers free access to their employment rights publications and advice services to disabled people and those with long term health conditions - why not register now?
Pay & Employment Rights Service (PERS) has recently updated the following Employment Rights leaflets: Disability Discrimination, Discrimination, and Flexible Working and Time Off to reflect recent changes in legislation. Copies are available to download free from the PERS website.
Free services for disabled people
PERS services are currently free to disabled people and those with long term health conditions, this includes people with mental health issues and those with learning disabilities. You can register for full access to their comprehensive range of publications by completing a simple form which can be found at www.pers.org.uk

PERS continues to provide a wide range of information advice and training for other employers and employees. Third sector organisations can still access our services via a range of affordable subscription packages - contact them for more information if you are interested. PERS is also keen to hear from disability organisations and user led groups who may be able to help them to promote their free services more widely to disabled people.
