Community Safety

"How do we make communities in South Leeds safer?" HOW DO WE MAKE COMMUNITIES IN SOUTH LEEDS SAFER? Interested? If so, then come along and chat to us...

Leeds City Council's Inner South Community Committee will be hosting a themed workshop event at: Hunslet Methodist Church, Telford Road (off Balm Road), LS10 2HR.

Come and meet your local Councillors, the Police, Anti-Social Behaviour and other services such as Stop Hate UK presenting their ideas on the topic of community safety. In an attempt to make the workshop as accessible as possible for people, the committee has decided to set aside a table with activities for children/young people. This now means that if you are a parent or carer who was struggling to make it to the workshop due to childcare commitments, you are now able to attend.

As the theme is community safety, "how do we make communities in South Leeds safer?", the activities will be themed around this. 6.30pm—refreshments and information stalls 7pm—presentations + Q&A session   Please regard this as your very own personal invite and feel free to come along, we'd really love to hear your views.
