Workshop to Raise Awareness of Prevent
This short session will allow participants to explore the factors that might increase the susceptibility of children and young people to extremism and terrorism. It will provide an opportunity to think about who might be vulnerable to radicalisation and see how some children and young people can be influenced to get involved in such activity.

Safeguarding Training for Managers
A one day, multi-agency course for people who manage frontline workers engaged in safeguarding work, but who themselves are not dealing with Child Protection on a daily basis.

Vulnerability & Risk
This course focuses on understanding what makes children & young people more vulnerable and more at risk of experiencing abuse and coming to harm. It will provide an opportunity to develop an understanding of how to assess vulnerability & risk and issues surrounding this. There will also be some small group learning time on specific relevant topics.

A one day, multi-agency course for staff and volunteers working with parents / carers who can be difficult to engage with.

Understanding Child Sexual Exploitation
A one day, multi-agency course for practitioners and managers who are working with (or managing staff working with) children and young people at risk of, or experiencing sexual exploitation.
