Leeds Community Foundation are running a pilot Employability Partnership aimed at coordinating Third Sector efforts and connecting groups with Employers.
Employment is the cornerstone of stability in many of our lives but for some people, life chances create a range of barriers to accessing meaningful job opportunities.
In response to this, LCF has launched The Leeds Employability Partnership which aims to link Third Sector Organisations with each other, and with employers, by providing practical and financial support.
We are aware that many groups in the Third Sector are carrying out vital work helping people to access employment or to develop the skills and confidence needed to to so.
We are also in contact with employers who would like to be involved in supporting people facing barriers to employment.
In order to help match these two groups up we are undertaking a mapping of the employability sector and have complied a very short survey to help us do this. Your completion of the survey would be much appreciated. https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/66FLN2B
