Expressions of interest wanted for an arts & heritage project, gathering the views of different generations of women about feminism, and how the lot of women has changed over the last 100 years.
Skippko Arts Team are currently applying to the Heritage Lottery Fund for a project that will record the views of different generations of women about feminism, and how the lot of women has changed or not changed since the women's suffrage movement and the vote for women in 1918.
Skippko will work with your group using various methods, including storytelling, family research, visits to museums, digital and hands on arts activities to gather the stories of a wide range of women, that will come together to form a life sized mannequin and a digital avatar.
If you are part of a group or would be interested in joining a group to take part in the project and want to find out more please contact Cath Brooke at Skippko: firstname.lastname@example.org or 0113 2345355.
We anticipate the project work starting in the Autumn of 2017 and running in to 2018.
