DIGNITY IN DYING (LEEDS) - FIRST PUBLIC MEETING of

SATURDAY 29th APRIL 2017 1.00pm at Oxford Place An open invite is extended to join us and hear about the Dignity in Dying campaign.

Dignity in Dying is a national campaign and membership organisation campaigning for change across the UK. We believe everybody has the right to a good death. Including the option of assisted dying for terminally ill, mentally competent adults. That is why we call for a law based on one that has worked safely in Oregon and has remained unchanged since 1997, a law that is now in place in California, Washington and other US states.

Please come along to the Oxford Place Centre (just off the Headrow and next door to Leeds City Art Gallery to hear the Chief Executive, Sarah Wootton talk about why we are campaigning and what we are campaigning for.

There will also be an opportunity for all those attending to have a voice in the way the Leeds group moves forward and for individual to become more involved with the group and play as active a part in our campaign as they can.

Refreshments will be provided
