Leeds Community Foundation are delighted to be working with Northern Gas Networks to deliver their Community Promises Fund.Leeds Community Foundation are delighted to be working with Northern Gas Networks to deliver their Community Promises Fund. NGN delivers gas to 2.7 million homes and businesses in much of Yorkshire, the North East and Northern Cumbria and are launching this fund as part of their ongoing commitment to local communities.
Grants are available for organisations working in any of NGN’s Local Authority areas which can be found using the link below. The Fund seeks to support innovative projects working with vulnerable people to address any of the following: fuel poverty and energy efficiency; carbon monoxide poisoning; engagement and employability in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics); use of the Priority Services Register. Projects must be benefiting residents in the Northern Gas Networks area. This covers large parts of Yorkshire, the North East and Northern Cumbria. Grants of £1,000 – £10,000 are available.
