The Talent Match Project aims to help young people that are long term unemployed to get into work.
Talent Match targets young people who are furthest away from the job market including those who are outside the benefits, work or training system and facing severe barriers to gaining the skills they need to get into work.
Funded by the Big Lottery Fund, the Leeds City Region Talent Match Project aims to help young people aged 18-24 who are long term unemployed.
Key Workers can provide intensive support, guidance and coaching to young people in Leeds to support them to get into, or closer to work.
