Future of Leeds Parks and Green Spaces

Introduction Leeds City Council is in the process of putting together a strategy for how we manage public parks and green spaces over the next ten years.

Public parks and green spaces include everything from big city parks such as Roundhay Park and Temple Newsam to local community parks such as Cross Flatts Park and Springhead Park, nature areas and woodlands, recreation grounds and even cemeteries.

We would like the strategy to reflect the views of residents and visitors to Leeds so that we can provide a service that meets the needs of all our communities, now and in the future, and we would be grateful if you could help us by answering these questions.

For more information about the consultation, please have a look at the document Towards a Parks and Green Spaces Strategy, or the shorter, summary version here.

It should take you 5 - 10 minutes to answer all the questions, and there is a document which accompanies the survey that will take about ten minutes to read if you choose to do so. The last day that you can respond is 29 February 2020.

If you need to speak to someone about this survey then please email greenspacestrategy@leeds.gov.uk
