Help shape the design of the new Leeds hospitals

Exciting plans to build two new hospitals at Leeds General Infirmary get underway this year, and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust would like your views on their design.

Over the next few weeks, the Trust is preparing a Design Brief for the new hospitals. This is a vital document that will cover all aspects of their design, from the clinical space to the use of digital and new technologies, how patients will find their way around, the hospital surroundings and environment.

As part of the design process, the Trust is keen to hear from current and former patients, children, young people, families and the wider public on how to ensure the new hospitals’ design will provide the best possible environment for patient treatment and care.

If you have an interest in the new adults’ hospital, please give your feedback on how the design could be improved in a short, anonymous survey at: https://www.leedsth.nhs.uk/hospital-survey  by the end of June 2020.

Please let the Trust know what you think. Your views will help to make sure the new hospitals are built around the needs of patients and their families.
