Discretionary Grant Fund reopens for a second phase

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs employing less than 250 FTEs) and charities in Leeds affected by the Covid-19 crisis have another chance to apply for discretionary grant funding

Businesses which did not receive funding in the first phase have another four weeks to apply as as second phase of funding opens.

The funding is available from 3-28 August with grants available up to a maximum of £10,000.

Applicants have to be an SME or charity with relatively high ongoing fixed property-related costs, and must be able to demonstrate a significant impact of the pandemic on their business.

This second phase aims to support a wider cohort of businesses, including some of those that were not eligible in the first phase so we encourage businesses to check the NEW eligibility criteria as you may now qualify.
