Public Speaking Workshop

This three hour public speaking workshop will use drama techniques to develop public speaking skills and confidence.
It is a safe and relaxed environment in which to practise public speaking and develop skills using drama and performance techniques.

Learning outcomes - Identifying common issues with public speaking and how to overcome them - Outline the key elements of crafting a short speech -Practise using tone of voice and using this for maximum impact -Identify and practise storytelling as a great tool to engage your audience -Practise a prepared short speech -Practise an improvised short speech
Suitable for This workshop is suitable for: -people who want to gain confidence when public speaking, speaking in groups or during meetings -people who want to develop their public speaking skills -people who want to learn new tools to be engaging and have impact upon an audience -people who are experienced and wish to learn a new perspective on delivery from a performance and drama angle. The workshop is aimed at adults 18+. Please get in touch if you have a younger group who would benefit from this training, as we do offer bespoke training too. We aim to be as accessible as possible, please let us know if you have any particular learning requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
