To provide an overview of the key components of the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and Mental Health Act (1983/2007).
This one-day basic awareness course will provide staff with an understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act.
This course highlights key responsibilities to ensure that staff are working to best practice and are compliant to these acts.
