Silver Surfers IT courses

When 18 June to Monday 23 July, 2018
Provided by Age UK Leeds
Description  At Age UK Leeds, we have been providing classes in I.T. for older people for over 10 years. Our courses are gently paced, friendly and informal. Each course consists of 6 two-and-a-half-hour sessions held on the same morning or afternoon for six consecutive weeks. The next batch of classes will be starting in the week commencing Monday 18 June and will include courses such as “First Steps in Computing” , “Get To Grips with your Tablet or Smartphone”  and “Internet and Email”.These courses are held at our City Centre offices in Mark Lane (near the St John’s Shopping Centre) but we can easily put courses on anywhere in Leeds given enough demand. All we need is an accessible  room with tables and chairs and a wifi connection.   Learners can use their own equipment if they wish or we can provide laptops and tablets as required.   It’s never too late to learn new skills!
