This course aims to introduce participants to the key principles of mindfulness meditation practice. It will provide an overview of the key principles, highlight the benefits of regular mindfulness practice and provide an opportunity to try different mindfulness mediation practices.
The course uses a number of learning activities (for example presentation, group work, guided mediation and individual reflection) to help participants develop their understanding.
