Description Developing Intercultural Competency

This is a practical and hands-on workshop.  Building from a personal and professional perspective, the workshop focuses on practical cultural intelligence and intercultural competency.

Workshop overview:-
  1. this is a new and innovative intercultural workshop
  2. the workshop is practical and hands-on, with the focus being the circumstances and requirements of workshop delegates
  3. the workshop is flexible and adaptable, shaped by delegate participation
  4. the workshop will be conducted in a respectful and exploratory manner
The workshop is based on 3 interconnected, practical, pillars taking delegates through a journey of intercultural exploration.   The 3, flexible, workshop pillars are:-
  1. The delegate: a focus on individual workshop delegate's own cultural insights and experiences
  2. The concept: a practical, hands-on, focus on what is meant by cultural intelligence and intercultural competency
  3. The competency: the workshop will frame delegate participation and observations in terms of intercultural advantage
