This course introduces participants to the key principles of mindfulness meditation practice.
It will provide an overview of the key principles, highlight the benefits of regular mindfulness practice and provide an opportunity to try different mindfulness mediation practices.
The course uses a number of learning activities (for example presentation, group work, guided mediation and individual reflection) to help participants develop their understanding.

|Suitable for||This course is aimed at any one interested in finding out more about mindfulness mediation practice, no prior experience of mindfulness or mediation is required to attend.|
