A training and learning experience in the art of hosting difficult conversations. This 3 day training is for all who want to have - or help others have - those ‘difficult conversations’ in the family, with neighbours, in the workplace, in their community...
• How can you hold a space that is not only safe but brave?
• How do you help people to really listen to, and hear each other?
• What does it take to work with strong emotions like fear, anger, shame – in
yourself and others?
• How can we disagree successfully so that conflict becomes transformative, not just
unpleasant or destructive?

Hall Ings, under the NCP Car-park (formerly a sports shoes shop) BD1 5SD
