This 3 hour workshop will use a free template and give you the confidence to set up a bookkeeping system on a spreadsheet. Laptops and materials are provided.
Your WYCAS tutor will lead the session, working through a practical exercise, so that you will be able to set up and use a spreadsheet recording method for your organisation.

|Learning outcomes||This course will show you the structure of the linked spreadsheet, help you set up a fictional organisation, with categories of income and spend, restricted funds and bank and cash accounts. Show you how to reconcile the bank transactions to the spreadsheet, and review how the inputs produce a finance report for use in the year.|
|Suitable for||Anyone looking to set up a book keeping system. A basic ability to use a spreadsheet is needed.|
