Lone Working and Professional Boundaries

People who meet or work alone with service users need a set of additional and well-developed skills to stay safe and handle difficult situations. Usin quizzes, case studies and discussion, this course will ensure that staff members who work in this challenging environment know how to think through situations that migh present a risk, recognise the signs of rising tension and what to do, and are able to maintain professional boundaries and behaviour in trying circumstances.
