It will help you plot the life and activities of your organisation, and your own life, against the rhythms and life-cycles of nature. Step away from day-to-day concerns to see the bigger picture, the wood AND the trees.
|Venue||Left Bank Leeds
Cardigan Road, Leeds LS6 1LJ

Which elements are starving for resources, which are rigid and hampering progress?|

|Description||Choosing the language of solutions.
In this workshop, we will review a model of Non-Violent Communication (NVC) which is used to help us state our needs in a non-judgemental and non-threatening way. By doing so, we can avoid many conflicts by simply focussing on the facts of how things are and collaborating on a solution forwards, rather than getting caught up in the language of blame or hurt.
Over the course of this workshop, you will get the opportunity to work with others to practice changing your language and reflecting on real-life examples where a different way of communicating could have led to a more harmonious result.
Take away a tried and tested model for reducing conflict at work and at home.
Wizu Workspace The Leeming Building Entrance on Ludgate Hill Leeds LS2 7HZ
