Working Voices

The Working Voices project delivers health engagements through private sector organisations to give working people a voice in the development of services.

About Working Voices

NHS Leeds CCG has identified working age people as one of the more difficult groups to involve in health engagements. Using the same method as our Engaging Voices project, we aim to connect with employers to give their employees access to all our engagement activities and allow them to have a say on the latest developments within the NHS in Leeds.

Our partners

Our current partners include John Lewis, Leeds City Council and Leeds City College. Voluntary Action Leeds provides support, administration and training to enable organisations to deliver engagements effectively with their employees. Engagements come in various forms and delivery can be tailored to meet your company’s needs:

  • Completing online surveys
  • Taking part in focus groups
  • Engaging with employees at team meetings or away days

Our Working Voices partners receive feedback about the findings of each engagements and how these findings will affect future health services, ensuring that your company can help to influence how the health service in Leeds will run in the future.
