We’re running a survey to better understand how these activities enrich lives and communities—and your insights are invaluable.

Why participate?
Your input will help us to map:

• What the creative health sector looks like – the size, shape, locations and types of activity happening
• Communities benefiting from these activities, and some of the impact this work is having
• The strengths and challenges that the sector is experiencing

This mapping work is being completed by Voluntary Action Leeds and Forum Central, on behalf of Leeds Arts Health and Wellbeing Network (LAHWN).
